Customer-entered credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission to a credit card authorization service; if the dollar amount of the purchase is authorized, the order is processed through our online software and forwarded to our merchant banking account for processing.  

SALA-GROUP™ customer service representatives do not receive credit card numbers. 

For your security, we do not and you should not include your credit card information in any e-mail related to customer purchases. 

Despite the high level of security available at our sites, some individuals may still be uncomfortable about conducting online financial transactions.   For these individuals, we can provide other methods of conducting financial transactions and you may call 818-674-6112, and ask for “Web Support” in order to initiate transactions via phone.
